How booking works

One hour. One household. One code.

SleighNow protects both sides of the visit: your family gets a Santa who is not being rushed to the next living room, and your Santa gets paid for the hour he set aside.

Your booking reserves a full 60-minute exclusive hour

  • One household, one booking. The fee reserves a full hour of your Santa's schedule for your address only.
  • Guests who live at the address are welcome. Inviting additional families or neighbouring households to share the visit is not permitted.
  • Extra households need their own booking — this protects your time and keeps your Santa paid fairly for his hour.
  • If additional families are present, your Santa may limit the visit to your household or end it early, and the fee is non-refundable.

Payment is taken 24 hours before your visit

  • Your card is saved and authorized when you book, then charged automatically 24 hours before your arrival window.
  • If the payment fails, you'll get a reminder and the booking is released back to other families.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the visit. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% is refunded. Inside 24 hours the fee is non-refundable, because your Santa has already blocked the hour.
  • If nobody answers the door, your Santa waits 15 minutes. After that the visit is recorded as a no-show and the Santa is paid in full.
  • If your Santa does not arrive within 20 minutes of the end of the arrival window, you get a full refund or a free re-booking.

The visit code proves the visit happened

  • Every booking gets a unique visit code that lives in the booker's profile, on the tracking screen and in your confirmation email.
  • At the end of the visit — after the photos — the booker reads the code to Santa, who enters it in his portal.
  • The code is what confirms the service actually happened. It replaces "it never showed up" disputes with a simple, verifiable check.
  • Once a code is verified, the payout is released to the Santa after 24 hours and the visit is closed.
  • You still have 48 hours after a verified visit to raise a genuine quality issue with support.
  • Never share your code before the visit is finished. A Santa asking for it early should be reported.

Child safety comes first

  • The booker must be 18 or older and present for the whole visit.
  • Santa is an entertainer, not a babysitter or childcare provider.
  • Santas never transport children and never contact a minor privately.
  • Either side may end a visit early for a genuine safety concern — report it through support and it will be reviewed.
