Verification before bookable
A Santa performer cannot become publicly bookable until the required verification stages have passed: identity verification, background screening and SleighNow admin approval. We only display a screening badge when that performer’s screening status actually confirms it.
Child safety standards
- The booking customer must be an adult (18+).
- A responsible adult must remain present throughout the entire Santa visit.
- Santa is an entertainer — not a babysitter or childcare provider.
- Santa cannot transport children.
- Santa cannot privately contact minors.
- All Santa communication happens with the adult booking holder.
- Children's information is never publicly displayed on SleighNow.
Santa performer protection
Santas can report any of the following and may end a visit early for a legitimate safety concern.
