Santa performers on SleighNow are independent contractors. Performers agree to complete identity verification and background screening, to honour confirmed bookings, and to follow the platform’s child safety standards.
Conduct standards
- No private contact with minors.
- All communication happens with the adult booking holder through the platform.
- No transport of children under any circumstance.
- Visits may be ended early for a legitimate safety concern, reported through the Santa portal.
