A private Santa visit at your home

What it collects

· Home address and arrival window
· Children's first names, ages and Christmas wishes
· Family traditions and photo preferences
· One exclusive 30-minute slot for a single household

What it never asks

· Company or billing entity
· Purchase orders or invoicing terms
· Certificates of insurance

Corporate booking terms

· Corporate events are booked in 60-minute blocks with a 120-minute minimum.
· A 25% non-refundable deposit holds the date. The balance is charged or invoiced 72 hours before the event.
· Approved business accounts can pay by invoice on net 30 terms instead of card.
· Cancel free of further charges up to 168 hours before the event; 50% of the total is retained up to 72 hours before. The deposit is never refunded, but it is held as reschedule credit for 12 months.
· Performers take a 10-minute break per hour of continuous performance, scheduled into the run-of-show.
· Events expecting more than 75 attendees should add a helper so photo lines keep moving.
· Corporate bookings are not exclusive to one household — the venue and audience are defined by your run-of-show.
· The same visit-code completion check applies: your on-site contact reads the code to Santa when the event wraps.
