- · Insurance, media release and vendor compliance documents

Family Booker Profile
A private Santa visit at your home
What it collects
- · Home address and arrival window
- · Children's first names, ages and Christmas wishes
- · Family traditions and photo preferences
- · One exclusive 30-minute slot for a single household
What it never asks
- · Company or billing entity
- · Purchase orders or invoicing terms
- · Certificates of insurance
Corporate booking terms
- · Corporate events are booked in 60-minute blocks with a 120-minute minimum.
- · A 25% non-refundable deposit holds the date. The balance is charged or invoiced 72 hours before the event.
- · Approved business accounts can pay by invoice on net 30 terms instead of card.
- · Cancel free of further charges up to 168 hours before the event; 50% of the total is retained up to 72 hours before. The deposit is never refunded, but it is held as reschedule credit for 12 months.
- · Performers take a 10-minute break per hour of continuous performance, scheduled into the run-of-show.
- · Events expecting more than 75 attendees should add a helper so photo lines keep moving.
- · Corporate bookings are not exclusive to one household — the venue and audience are defined by your run-of-show.
- · The same visit-code completion check applies: your on-site contact reads the code to Santa when the event wraps.
