Terms of Service

SleighNow is a marketplace that connects families with independent professional Santa performers. SleighNow is not the employer of any performer.

Booking conditions

• The booking customer must be 18 or older.
• A responsible adult must remain present for the entire visit.
• Santa performers are entertainers, not childcare providers, and cannot transport children.

Payments

Customer payment is collected at booking. SleighNow retains a configurable marketplace commission and service fee; the remaining eligible amount is transferred to the performer after the visit is completed, subject to platform rules, refunds and applicable taxes.
